In this pivotal role, the Fabrication Production Supervisor will manage daily operations in line with production plans. Ideal candidates will possess an engineering or manufacturing background with expert knowledge of metal fabrication equipment and processes. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, coordinating production schedules, and maintaining workflow while adhering to safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise production and coordinate all fabrication activities
• Ensure completion of work orders in line with quality standards
• Monitor and improve productivity and material usage

• Validate readiness of tools and equipment for operations

Requirements:
• Engineering or manufacturing degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in CNC machinery and fabrication techniques
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering documents
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Lean Manufacturing
• Prior experience in a unionized manufacturing setting is preferred
