Alberta Health Services is seeking physicians with experience in urgent or emergency care to join our East Edmonton Urgent Care Centre. We aim to recruit up to 20 locum physicians to support our expanded care hours. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility and have opportunities for clinical academic appointments affiliated with the University of Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver urgent care services during night and weekend hours
• Utilize the fully computerized Connect Care EMR system
• Engage with residents and contribute to their training
• Ensure compliance with CPSA active licensure
• Provide high-quality patient-centered care

Requirements:
• Certification in Family or Emergency Medicine
• Active licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta
• 1 year minimum ER experience preferred
• Willingness to work locum shifts in East Edmonton
• Encourage academic involvement with residents
