Extendicare is seeking a Part-time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our inter-skilled team in our long-term care setting in Canada. You will provide direct resident care, perform medication administration, and document care in line with regulatory requirements and Extendicare policies.
You will collaborate closely with the care team to develop and evaluate care plans, participate in conferences, and educate residents and families.
