In this hands-on role, you will manage the environmental services team, ensuring all maintenance and housekeeping activities align with our mission to delight residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping operations
• Ensure proactive measures for building safety and consistency
• Collaborate with the Executive Director for optimal resident satisfaction




• Drive environmental sustainability initiatives
• Participate in training and mentoring of the team

Requirements:
• At least 3 years in maintenance services, preferably with seniors
• Experience leading a team is an asset; union knowledge helpful
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Certification in facility management or related trade
• Willingness to undergo Vulnerable Sector Check if necessary
