Westmont seeks an experienced, entrepreneurial educator to lead grades 9-12 in shaping an extraordinary learning environment. As a part of our High School team, you will engage students through experiential projects, integrating Science and Math with real-world applications. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement multi-disciplinary lesson plans
• Foster partnerships with local organizations for enriched experiences
• Supervise external mentors to support student engagement




• Conduct learning in diverse environments, including outdoors
• Utilize various assessments to track student progress

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education with Secondary Science and Math specialization
• Proven experience teaching at the secondary level
• Montessori training is a plus; training will be required if hired
• Active BC Teaching Certification
• Up-to-date First Aid Certificate
