Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals and drinks for guests
• Maintain a tidy and safe kitchen workplace
• Supervise kitchen volunteers as needed
• Ensure compliance with the menu and supply management
• Provide food services beyond regular hours if necessary

Requirements:
• Grade 12 and Cooking Diploma with two years experience
• Must have FOODSAFE and Occupational First Aid Level 1
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Sector required
• Experience in institutional cooking is advantageous
