About the Role Our client is seeking a caring and reliable Residential Caregiver to provide essential support within a residential facility in Kimberley . This role is crucial for ensuring the well-being, comfort, and safety of residents, assisting them with daily living activities and providing companionship. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to all safety protocols.
Prepare and serve meals, and assist residents with eating as required.
Monitor residents' health status, reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff or supervisors.




Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to promote their emotional well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
Requirements Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably in a residential or home care setting.
A certificate in Caregiving or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Strong understanding of basic health needs and safety procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and compassionate demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
