Become a Supply Instructor for ESL at Durham District School Board (DDSB) in Oshawa and Pickering. This in office position focuses on virtual learning for diverse adult learners.
As a Supply LINC/ESL Instructor, you will facilitate language instruction and support adult students during classes from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Ideal candidates will be TESL certified with experience working in online environments. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging ESL/LINC lessons to adult learners
• Maintain an inclusive and respectful classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development

Requirements:
• TESL certification required
• Experience with adult learners preferred
• Training in PBLA and Avenue is necessary
• Comfortable in online teaching platforms
• Adaptability to changing class formats
