The Salvation Army Booth Centre Hamilton is seeking a Case Worker to assist people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. You will assess needs, develop a case management plan, make referrals, and support residents with practical services.
Permanent full time position with 37.5 hours per week; shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Emphasis on confidentiality, harm-reduction participation, and collaboration with supervisors and local services.
