Position Overview
Join a pediatric outpatient clinic network dedicated exclusively to children and staffed by pediatricians. This role offers a strong mix of urgent care , general pediatrics , and consultative assessments , supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team and access to pediatric subspecialty services.
What Youll Do
Provide pediatric care for walk-in urgent concerns and scheduled appointments
Deliver routine primary care, preventative care, and immunizations
Assess and manage acute pediatric presentations in an outpatient urgent care setting
Support consultative/general pediatrics assessments as needed
Collaborate with administrative, nursing, and allied health teams
Maintain high-quality documentation and practice in alignment with CPSO standards and clinic protocols

Primary compensation option: Salary Position (Hybrid Package) — base + incentive with projected $350,000–$375,000 take-home annually , based on 40 hours/week

Qualifications
MD (or equivalent) with specialist training in Pediatrics
Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) or eligible for licensure (applications welcome from those in-process)
US Board-Certified Pediatricians may be eligible for independent licensure in Ontario
International Medical Graduates welcome; supervision pathways may be available
Eligibility examples may include (not limited to):
Royal College Approved Jurisdiction eligibility (supervised license)
RCPSC Practice Eligibility Route + MCCQE1 (supervised license)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with patients/families and care teams
Able to work independently and in a team-based environment
