As an OSHE Officer, you will manage compliance initiatives and conduct safety training to align with regulations. You'll also coordinate safety inspections and promote a culture of safety across the organization. Collaboration with local and federal agencies will be a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement health and safety training programs
• Conduct investigations of incidents and accidents
• Ensure environmental compliance through permitting
• Facilitate safety committee activities and meetings
• Analyze and adapt policies to meet regulatory changes

Requirements:
• BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years in health and safety roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Robust multitasking and analytical skills
• Valid Virgin Islands Driver’s License
