This role provides leadership and oversight to the care coordination team, ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality administrative support and seamless clinic operations.Through a focus on service excellence, theCare Coordinator Managerpromotes a culture of friendly, professional, and patient-centered care in all interactions with patients, team members, and external stakeholders.TheCare Coordinator Manageris responsible for performing and overseeing all aspects of clinic coordination, including patient intake, data entry, phone and email communications, outbound calling, and the processing of faxes. In addition,
this role will oversee invoicing and payment processing, while supporting team performance, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement of administrative processes.Primary Responsibilities:Create a welcoming, patient-focused clinic environmentLead and support resolution of patient inquiries and concernsOversee reception operations and daily clinic flowManage Accounts Receivable and payment processingEnsure accurate data entry and patient record managementCoordinate timely submission of insurance and stakeholder documentationOversee expense reporting, petty cash, and financial controlsSupport accounting processes and reportingManage payroll accuracy and timelinesOversee clinic administration and office operationsEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresQualifications & Core Competencies:The ideal candidate will have:High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Medical Office Administration or related field is an asset1-5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting; leadership experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to lead a team while working independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office and EMR/case management systemsExperience in a physiotherapy or multidisciplinary clinic is an assetInclusionWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
