• Document and communicate patient conditions to medical professionals
• Provide basic wound care and dressing changes

Requirements:
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Experience with eMAR systems
• Excellent documentation and observation skills
• Ability to report patient conditions accurately
• Competence in handling behavioral health responses
