This role, based in Saskatoon, requires a strategic thinker with experience in implementing safety systems. You will work closely with employers and stakeholders to foster a culture of safety and develop actionable plans for injury prevention. Your insights will lead to the operationalization of new safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert consultation to employers
• Facilitate and guide learning collaboratives for safety
• Research and implement best practices in safety
• Engage stakeholders for continuous improvement
• Analyze data for effective service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or 4-year diploma in Health and Safety
• Minimum five years of experience in the field
• Robust leadership and coaching abilities
• In-depth knowledge of OH&S; regulations
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license for site visits
