As a Primary Care Paramedic, you will be integral to a multi-disciplinary health team, ensuring responsive patient care is always at the forefront. Your role involves managing emergency situations effectively while maintaining high ethical and professional standards. With both day and night shifts, your adaptability and commitment will support diverse patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver integrated care in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles according to regulations
• Respond to emergency calls promptly and efficiently




• Engage directly with patients to provide care and support
• Follow Shared Health protocols and provincial guidelines

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Primary Care Paramedic program
• Membership in valuable standing with the College of Paramedics of Manitoba
• Class IV Manitoba driver’s license is essential
• BLS certification, level C or equivalent
• Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds and languages
