Motorola Solutions is looking for a dedicated System Test Engineer to support our creative SOC incident management platform. Join us to ensure the highest quality standards in critical security applications.

In this role, you'll assist the System Test team in delivering robust testing for the Operator platform. Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze requirements, design effective test cases, and execute comprehensive testing across both hardware and software components. Reporting results clearly to stakeholders is key, as is advocating for quality throughout development cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze specifications and identify potential quality issues
• Help develop detailed test cases for system features
• Conduct regular execution of defined test cases




• Assist in functional and non-functional testing
• Promote quality initiatives throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
• 0+ years of relevant testing experience
• Familiarity with distributed systems and hardware integrations
• Experience with defect logging and collaboration tools
• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
