Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tier 2 expertise via Footprint ticketing system
• Prioritize urgent and scheduled support requests
• Liaise with Database and System Administrators on issues
• Identify application defects and perform troubleshooting
• Follow service management processes and suggest improvements
Requirements:
• 5+ years in service management processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Great Plains 2016, 2018
• Experience with Footprints Ticketing Application
• 2+ years in the healthcare industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
