New City Contracting is looking for a Construction Project Manager with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant experience. You will manage procurement, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed on time, maintaining effective communication between all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with scheduling manager to update project timelines
• Oversee material approvals and ensure timely deliveries
• Conduct site visits and tenant meetings regularly
• Manage communication between tenants and the construction team
• Approve change orders, requests for information, and purchase orders
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Minimum three years in a management role
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
