Favorit Motors is a family-owned dealership with over 20 years of success in automotive sales, service, and finance. As a pioneer in the subprime automotive space, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a driven, experienced Subprime Finance (F&I;) Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Handle subprime finance deals from application to approval and delivery

Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and in-person consultations

Assessing customer needs, credit profiles, income, and financial situation

Structure and negotiating deals with lenders and customers

Present financing, warranty, and aftermarket product options

Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and DealerTrack

Collect and verify documentation to ensure timely funding

Manage and follow up on warm leads (no cold calling required)

Ensure full compliance with OMVIC and Ontario regulations

Build strong relationships with lenders and stay current on programs

What You Bring

Minimum 1–3+ years’ experience in subprime automotive finance or F&I;

Strong knowledge of subprime lenders, deal structuring, and funding processes





Ability to analyze and interpret credit reports confidently

Experience with DealerTrack and CRM systems

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

OMVIC License (required or willing to obtain)

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Ability to pass a criminal background checkPositive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic
