You'll manage around 8,500 surgical pathology cases annually, focusing on case sign-out and oversight of diagnostic processes. The ideal candidate will possess recent clinical pathology experience and demonstrate solid skills in both surgical pathology and laboratory diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform surgical pathology and cytology case sign out
• Sign out clinical pathology cases including blood smears




• Oversee local laboratory operations and transfusion medicine
• Participate in daily quality assurance videoconferences
• Provide medical directorship for rural area labs if interested

Requirements:
• Canadian Royal College certification or equivalent
