In this role, you’ll report to the Engineering Director and will be responsible for overseeing reactor inspection projects. This includes managing technical teams, ensuring quality assurance in design processes, and interfacing with clients to ensure satisfaction with engineering deliverables. Your guidance will ensure that projects align with both customer expectations and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute reactor inspection projects effectively
• Define and oversee engineering design processes
• Interface directly with clients for requirements satisfaction
• Forecast resource needs for project success
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or science field
• Ontario Skilled Engineering License
• Minimum 8 years in nuclear industry with a focus on leadership
• Knowledge of QA protocols in nuclear settings
• Experience in inspection and tooling design
