As a key member of Sea Mar's Lab Services team, you will perform phlebotomy, conduct EKGs, and spirometry testing. This position emphasizes solid patient interactions and accurate documentation essential for effective diagnosis and treatment. You will ensure compliance with all safety and lab practices under CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws accurately
• Conduct EKGs and spirometry tests with documentation
• Process specimens for reference labs efficiently




• Maintain inventory and adhere to safe lab practices
• Communicate results effectively with clinical staff

Requirements:
• Active WA State MA-P certification required
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Strong customer service and phlebotomy skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Must pass pre-hire competency test
