We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Chicken & Quail Processors to join our food processing team. The successful candidates will work in a rapid-paced poultry processing environment and assist with the preparation, processing, packaging, and handling of chicken and quail products while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and handle chicken and quail products according to company procedures.
- Perform tasks such as cutting, trimming, deboning, portioning, and preparing poultry products.
- Sort and inspect poultry products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Operate basic processing equipment and machinery safely.
- Package, label, weigh, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation practices throughout the work area.
- Follow all food safety, HACCP, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Wear required PPE, including protective clothing, gloves, hairnets, and safety equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Handle raw poultry products safely and hygienically.
- Follow production targets and instructions from supervisors.
- Report quality issues, equipment problems, or safety concerns to management.
- Perform other general production duties as assigned.
