About Us: Banya No. 2 is a sauna spa with a restaurant and a bar dedicated to providing Eastern European+ cuisine to our valued customers. We take pride in our commitment to quality and impeccable service. To support our kitchen team in maintaining our high standards, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our ranks.

Responsibilities:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using the dishwasher or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Assist the kitchen team in preparing ingredients for dishes, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling salads.
- Collaborate with cooks and chefs to ensure smooth food preparation and timely order completion.
- Help with basic food preparation tasks, including seasoning and garnishing dishes.




- Follow sanitation guidelines and ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Support the kitchen staff in various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn from the kitchen team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team and communicate effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Russian speaking is not mandatory, but helpful.
