You will independently manage cross-functional projects, working closely with Sales to ensure successful delivery of services as promised. Your proactive approach will help identify gaps in product playbooks and improve overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and refine the Implementation Methodology for clients
• Identify and address implementation gaps proactively
• Serve as the main point of contact during client onboarding
• Execute the implementation plan from initial award to steady-state
• Identify barriers to implementation and propose solutions
Requirements:
• BA/BS with 4+ years in logistics or freight forwarding
• Experience in scoping and closing complex projects
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Strong collaboration skills with a client-focused approach
