With over 8 years of structural estimating experience, your knowledge of the Canadian construction market will drive efficiency and accuracy in project proposals. This position also involves collaboration with multiple disciplines, ensuring a comprehensive approach to project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine installation quantities from specifications and drawings
• Prepare cost estimates for major construction projects
• Develop comprehensive estimates for complex works
• Review project plans and prepare construction plans
• Present estimates to management and clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years of structural estimating experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Bluebeam
• Strong communication skills in English; French is an asset
• Willingness to travel for project-specific needs
