Key Responsibilities:
• Assist and transport passengers with wheelchair needs
• Carry, lift, and push luggage for passengers




• Safely assist passengers up/down aircraft stairs
• Escort VIP passengers and unaccompanied minors
• Read and verify travel paperwork for accuracy

Requirements:
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Complete Passenger Service Agent Learning Plan
• TSA - General Security Awareness certified
• FAA - Dangerous Goods Awareness certified
• Pass required OJT for Passenger Assistance Equipment
