Realstar, one of Canada's largest multi-residential asset managers, is seeking a Cleaner to maintain our apartment buildings. This full-time position requires flexibility, including weekend work every other week. Your responsibilities will include cleaning common areas, vacant suites, and performing exterior maintenance tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean lobbies, stairwells, and amenity areas thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness of vacant suites including kitchens and washrooms
• Perform outdoor cleaning and upkeep of property areas




• Report safety hazards to the Resident Manager promptly
• Collaborate effectively and take direction from team leads

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of related cleaning experience
• Customer service and communication skills required
• Able to lift heavy objects safely
• Strong team collaboration abilities
• Pleasant demeanor in all interactions
