Must-Haves:
Minimum 5 years RN experience
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing — RN diploma or BScN
Based in Northern Ontario, or genuinely committed to in-person work in Northern Ontario for assignments
Legal right to work in Canada
Current BLS / BCLS certification
Available for in-person assignments — this is not work from home
Preferred:
Experience with Indigenous community health or First Nations health services
Familiar with remote or community nursing in Northern Ontario
Northern Ontario corrections or institutional experience
Bilingual English/French — asset in some Northern Ontario communities
NOSM (Northern Ontario School of Nursing) graduate or training
