MSS Security is looking for a proactive Duty Manager to lead nightly operations across various Public Housing sites. You will coordinate Security Officers, ensure a safe working environment, and perform audits to comply with security protocols. Solid relationship management with your team and stakeholders is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, train, and counsel staff on adherence to policies
• Ensure records for Security Officers are accurate and up-to-date
• Attend incidents and provide backup support when needed
• Collect and report operational data promptly
• Manage compliance with security procedures and requirements

Requirements:
• Full Australian working rights and current Security License
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in conflict resolution and risk management
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain WWCC
