In this full-time role, you will ensure guest needs are met while performing key audit functions and balancing food and beverage departments. You'll handle guest complaints, run micros reports, and prepare daily revenue reports for department heads. This position requires robust organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage operational responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Balance food and beverage department accounts accurately
• Address and resolve guest complaints efficiently




• Perform nightly system backups and PC transfers
• Reconcile credit card and billing accounts
• Prepare revenue reports for management distribution

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of night audit or front office experience
• Ability to lift or pull items up to 30 lbs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
• Must hold a valid Class 5 License
