Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement tailored service plans with clients
• Guide clients in accessing necessary resources and services

• Advocate for clients with community service providers
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum of three years in direct service to adults
• Robust crisis intervention and management skills
• Knowledge of culturally competent care
• Access to a vehicle and valid Ontario Driver's License
