Engage with residents at Summerland Seniors Village as a Recreational Aide. This part-time position allows you to develop fulfilling activity programs that cater to the needs of our senior community.

West Coast Seniors Housing Management values their residents and staff, fostering an environment of respect and dignity. Your responsibilities will include assisting in program development, facilitating activities, and ensuring resident safety, all while embracing a team-oriented team atmosphere. You'll work three days a week, making a direct impact in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of recreational activities
• Handle documentation and monitor resident changes
• Promote safety through effective guidelines and procedures




• Coordinate with external groups for providing programs
• Mentor volunteers assisting in community engagement

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education with relevant qualifications preferred
• Familiarity with seniors' care preferred
• Must pass the vulnerable sector criminal record check
• Valid Class 4 BC driver's license necessary
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and similar software
