The client is looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Estimator to enhance bid accuracy and project proposals. You will work closely with various teams, interpret drawings and specifications, and prepare comprehensive cost estimates using industry-standard tools like AutoBid and Bluebeam. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to support competitive project bids.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review project documents to define scope and requirements
• Collaborate with teams to gather necessary project data




• Prepare precise cost estimates using AutoBid and Excel
• Identify value engineering opportunities in estimates
• Update and maintain the cost database for efficiency

Requirements:
• Journeyman certification in Sheet Metal/HVAC or Plumbing
• Proven experience in mechanical estimating
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and codes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
