About the Role Atkinson Landscaping is adding a new layer of field leadership to support our growing crew operations. The Field Manager is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day performance of 3-5 crews. This is a year-round position - landscape installation year round, with snow removal in the winter. The role reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with our Schedule Coordinator and Estimator to keep projects running efficiently, on budget, and to a high standard.
Approximately 75% of this role's time is spent in the field - pushing production, overseeing quality, and training. They're expected to be self-managed in recognizing where their time is best spent.
