Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
• Proven recruitment experience in manufacturing or rapid-paced settings
• Detail-oriented with meticulous tracking skills
• Passionate about relationship building across teams
• Competent in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is a plus)
