Join Rocky View Schools as an Occupational Therapist and play a vital role in promoting student engagement and success. This temporary full-time position is focused on students from Kindergarten through Grade 12 in Alberta.

We are recruiting two Occupational Therapists to enhance the educational experience for students with complex needs until June 29, 2027. You'll incorporate OT strategies into daily learning, fostering independence and growth among students. Collaboration with teachers and other professionals is critical to the success of your efforts in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide OT services in classroom settings
• Develop creative interventions for age-appropriate skill growth
• Write assessments and treatment reports for stakeholders




• Guide teachers in implementing OT strategies in lessons
• Monitor student progress with ongoing assessment

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Recent registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• At least 2 years' experience with complex needs children
• Expertise in therapeutic interventions for developmental disorders
• Robust communication and collaboration skills
