About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Automotive Parts Clerk to support their parts department in Kimberley . This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of the service center, ensuring that parts are accurately recorded, stocked, and supplied to technicians and customers. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory, processing orders, and maintaining organized records. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of automotive parts.
Process incoming parts orders, verifying quantities and item details.
Receive, unpack, and store parts according to established procedures.
Retrieve parts for service technicians and retail customers accurately and efficiently.
Update inventory records in the dealership management system.
Keep the parts storage area clean, organized, and safe.
Requirements Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a similar role is advantageous.
Basic understanding of automotive parts is a plus, but training will be provided.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with stocking and retrieving parts.
