Key Responsibilities:
• Review damage photos and claims for validation
• Create and explain accurate loss damage estimates
• Negotiate settlements with clients and repair facilities




• Provide training and feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards

Requirements:
• Technical Diploma in auto body repair or equivalent
• 1-3 years of estimating experience using ADP or Mitchell
• Valid Driver's License required
• Willing to enroll in CIP designation
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
