We need an FP&A; Analyst who brings a robust accounting foundation and 3 to 5 years of analytical experience. In this execution-oriented position, you will ensure the accuracy of financial data, assist in ERP implementation, and provide key reporting insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and enhance Excel dashboards for key metrics
• Compile monthly and quarterly management reporting packages
• Clean, validate, and reconcile financial data from ERP
• Assist in the transition to the new ERP system
• Conduct necessary ad hoc financial analyses

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• Relevant experience in financial analysis (3-5 years)
• Advanced skills in Excel for complex analytics
• Understanding of key accounting principles
• Solid detail orientation and communication skills
