Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a committed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist clients requiring insulin injections in the community. This role focuses on one-on-one nursing care, fostering safety, dignity, and independence at home. As an LPN with Bayshore, you will utilize your clinical skills and judgment while maintaining accurate records and building respectful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer insulin injections as per physician orders
• Assess client health status and respond to changes
• Document and report any health concerns timely




• Communicate with clients, families, and care teams
• Promote safety and quality of life for clients

Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program
• Current registration with the provincial regulatory body
• Previous community or home care nursing experience preferred
• Robust assessment and communication skills
• Availability to work Thursday through Sunday evenings
