• Advise clients on auto and commercial fleet insurance

• Provide information on risk coverages and policy features




• Respond to client emergencies and assist with claims
• Process transactions using EPIC and other systems

Requirements:
• Client-focused mindset with solid communication skills
• Ability to work weekends as needed
• Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
• A Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence or commitment to obtain it
• Courteous and professional in all interactions
