Titre du poste: Acheteur en approvisionnement – Pièces de rechange L’Acheteur en approvisionnement est responsable de gérer l’approvisionnement et l’inventaire des pièces de rechange dans un environnement manufacturier. Ce rôle agit comme liaison clé entre l’Ingénierie, les fournisseurs, la gestion des matériaux et les fournisseurs de logistique tiers afin d’assurer l’achat et la livraison ponctuelle des composants, tout en maintenant des niveaux d’inventaire optimaux et des dossiers exacts.
Description du poste Responsabilités Exécuter les plans d’achats élaborés par les planificateurs de matériaux et s’assurer qu’ils sont réalisés dans les délais et selon les paramètres établis.
Gérer le cycle complet d’approvisionnement pour les portefeuilles de pièces et de commodités assignés, de la demande initiale jusqu’à la livraison et au suivi après réception.
Émettre les bons de commande de façon précise et rapide et suivre leur statut afin d’assurer des livraisons à temps.
Gérer de manière proactive les commandes en retard, surveiller les niveaux d’inventaire et traiter les stocks désuets afin de soutenir la disponibilité optimale des pièces et de minimiser les pertes.
Coordonner étroitement avec les fournisseurs, l’Ingénierie, les équipes de matériaux et les partenaires 3PL pour aligner les besoins, résoudre les enjeux et soutenir les opérations.
Valider les prix sur les bons de commande et négocier des prix compétitifs avec les fournisseurs approuvés afin de soutenir des achats rentables.
Analyser et résoudre les retards de livraison, les pénuries, les pénalités et les autres problèmes liés à l’approvisionnement, en effectuant les escalades nécessaires.
Revoir régulièrement les activités d’achats afin d’identifier et de mettre en œuvre des opportunités d’amélioration continue des processus et de la performance.
Gérer les activités d’approvisionnement à l’aide de systèmes ERP, incluant Dynamics 365 et SAP, pour créer, suivre et maintenir les bons de commande et les dossiers d’inventaire.
Assurer l’exactitude des commandes, des registres d’inventaire et des rapports d’écarts afin de soutenir la fiabilité des données et la prise de décision.
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes afin de soutenir les initiatives de chaîne d’approvisionnement et de contribuer à l’efficacité globale de l’équipe.
Compétences Essentielles Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en achats ou en approvisionnement dans un environnement manufacturier.
Expérience démontrée dans la gestion des activités d’approvisionnement, incluant l’émission et le suivi des bons de commande et la gestion des relations fournisseurs.
Solides compétences en Microsoft Excel, incluant l’utilisation des tableaux croisés dynamiques et de fonctions avancées pour l’analyse et les rapports.
Expérience de travail avec des systèmes ERP pour la gestion des achats et de l’inventaire.
Formation en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, en logistique, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, avec d’excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Environnement De Travail L’Acheteur en approvisionnement travaille au sein d’une équipe de chaîne d’approvisionnement d’environ 12 personnes, incluant des planificateurs, des acheteurs et des analystes stratégiques, dans un environnement collaboratif et axé sur le soutien mutuel. Le poste suit un horaire de lundi à vendredi, pour un total de 40 heures par semaine, avec un modèle de travail hybride qui exige généralement deux jours en présentiel (jeudi et vendredi). Une période de formation initiale peut nécessiter jusqu’à cinq jours par semaine sur place pendant environ deux semaines afin de faciliter l’intégration et l’apprentissage pratique. Les nouvelles recrues sont jumelées à des collègues expérimentés et reçoivent une formation sur Dynamics 365 et les outils connexes.
L’environnement de travail est fortement orienté ERP, utilisant notamment Dynamics 365 et SAP, avec un recours important à l’analyse de données dans Excel. Le code vestimentaire et les attentes sur place correspondent à un milieu de bureau professionnel en soutien aux opérations manufacturières.

This role serves as a key liaison between Engineering, suppliers, Materials Management, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of components while maintaining optimal inventory levels and accurate records.
Responsibilities Execute purchasing plans developed by Material Planners and ensure they are carried out on time and within defined parameters.
Manage the full procurement cycle for assigned commodities and parts portfolios, from requisition to delivery and post-delivery follow-up.
Issue purchase orders accurately and promptly, and monitor their status to ensure on-time delivery.
