About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Buyer specializing in Indirect Spend to join their procurement team on a fully remote basis. This role will focus on sourcing and managing a diverse range of indirect goods and services, including IT, marketing, facilities, and professional services. You will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, conducting negotiations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various indirect spend categories.
Lead negotiations for contracts related to IT, marketing, professional services, and other indirect categories.
Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within indirect procurement.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies,



ethical standards, and budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.
Requirements 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement , with a focus on indirect spend categories.
Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and achieve significant cost savings.
Strong understanding of sourcing best practices and supplier relationship management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a remote work environment.
