Fidelity Canada's Hybrid Registered Products Administrator role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the clearing and custodial market. Leverage your financial services experience from a prime Toronto location until late 2026.

In this contract position extending until December 31, 2026, you will join the Registered Products team at Fidelity Clearing Canada. Your responsibilities will focus on key areas including RSP and TFSA contributions, RESP administration, and payment processing for pension plans. Your expertise in financial service operations will be essential in navigating various account types and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process RESP withdrawals and transfer requests efficiently
• Coordinate ESDC monthly grant files generation




• Reconcile RESP grant payments with internal systems
• Support account payment setups and recurring events
• Ensure accuracy in financial operations and customer service

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in financial services
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Familiarity with registered and non-registered accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
