This role focuses on manufacturing quality readiness at the Welland facility, where you will report to the Quality Team Lead. Leverage your analytical skills to manage quality metrics and resolve production issues within the Waukesha business unit. You’ll gain insight into quality theories and practices across the manufacturing function while ensuring adherence to all standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute Quality Assurance activities
• Manage inspection planning and completion




• Address production constraints with cross-functional teams
• Oversee process quality for Machining & Assembly
• Conduct Gauge R&R; evaluations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T;
• Experience in CNC Machining and Engine Assembly
• Familiarity with SPC, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
