Key Responsibilities:
• Answer client phone inquiries professionally and courteously
• Process cashier transactions with precision and detail
• Maintain prepared and stocked Cash and Wrap stations
• Document messages for Fashion Advisors promptly
• Assist with gift wrapping and packaging as needed

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of customer service experience required
• Excellent communication skills in English; French a plus
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Flexible to retail hours including weekends
• Experience in retail operations is an asset
