Wellness Nurse (RN) – Lead Clinical Care and Promote Resident Wellness Registered Nurse | RN | Wellness Nurse | Senior Living | Clinical Care | Medication Management
Pay Range: 42.75 - 69.25
What You’ll Do Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends
Oversee medication programs and documentation accuracy
Coordinate care with families, physicians and clinical teams
Support infection control and regulatory compliance
Lead clinical training and support staff development
Monitor incidents and drive quality improvements
What You’ll Bring Active RN license




Experience in assisted living, hospital or long-term care
Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge
Solid communication and leadership skills
