At ChillBase we are working on One State which is a unique Social RolePlay game. Our analysts and marketers face daily challenges that force them to reconsider their approaches to player acquisition and retention. Expectations What we want to see:
At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry
Experience managing and moderating Discord communities
Strong understanding of Canadian gaming culture
Fluency in English (C1–C2)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additionally, it would be great to have:
Experience working on Role Play projects
Analytical mindset
Familiarity with Canadian French is a plus
What you will be doing Build, grow, and structure our gaming community
Lead and support in-game volunteer teams
Strengthen communication between the community and the development team
Create clear and engaging gameplay guides and tutorials
Gather, organize, and communicate player feedback to developers
Organize engaging events across social media platforms
Moderate both in-game and external community platforms (Discord, social media, etc.)
