In this role, your mission as an Ambassador of the Maison is to foster client loyalty while achieving monthly sales targets. You will also assist in daily boutique operations and participate in events that elevate brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
• Deliver exceptional service to clients before and after sales
• Maintain and organize client data for follow-up
• Assist with merchandising and daily operations of the boutique
• Support inventory and special projects as needed
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of luxury retail experience required
• Must be available for weekend and weekday shifts
• Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge favored
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated passion for customer service in luxury retail
